The design philosophy of this conversion project was to keep the space refreshing, durable, and of executive quality, while maintaining sight lines and interjecting some design drama. Backlit molten acrylic panels, glass tile, sweeping bulkheads, floor designs and the alternating rhythm of colour marching down the corridors gives this apartment hotel a design edge above the rest.
A light – filled ” Main Street” connects intimate “neighborhoods” within two converted and one new building. The design promotes independent living for adults with dementia and brain injury who are clients under the care of Excel Society.
Rich colors, thoughtful design and welcoming finishes promote a sense of health and home.
Elegant and classy surroundings address the patients and clients coming to this clinic and spa. Shades of grey, black, white and royal purple comprise the color scheme. Porcelain, marble, solid surfacing, leather and wood veneer make up the palette of finish materials.
